Answer: We publish a graph entitled 'Steel capacity utilisation ratio' in the monthly crude steel production press release. This is the only place that capacity utilisation is shown. The earliest available data is from January 2008.

Answer: worldsteel only publishes global data, and only in graph format. See above for an explanation of where you can find the graphs.
