Officers, Executive and Board
The work of worldsteel is overseen by its members through the Board of Directors. The Board is composed of the chairmen or CEOs of member companies. The Board of Directors meets at least twice a year.
An Executive Committee is elected by the Board each October to oversee worldsteel's day-to-day work. The Executive Committee is made up of Board Members and worldsteel's Director General. The Executive Committee meets every three months.
All members are entitled to vote and be represented at the Annual General Meeting.
