21.10.2014 - World crude steel production for the 65 countries reporting to worldsteel was 134 million tonnes (Mt) in September 2014, a slight decrease of -0.1% compared to September 2013.

THE 5TH STEELIE AWARDS WINNERS ANNOUNCED
07.10.2014 - worldsteel hosted its fifth Steelie Awards ceremony and announced the winners at the annual dinner of the 48th worldsteel conference in Moscow on 6 October. The trophies, known as Steelies, were awarded in seven categories this year.
