October 2018 – the World Steel Association (worldsteel) is hiring a Sustainability Manager to join our Sustainability Team. This is a full time maternity leave cover position for 11 months (November 2018 – September 2019) based in Brussels. Starting date is ideally November 2018.
As Sustainability Manager you will be expected to manage:

You have a university degree and 3 - 6 years’ experience in an international organisation or trade association.
You have experience and good understanding of current sustainability reporting trends and practices within the context for industry and manufacturing. This covers matters including the UN Sustainability Goals, industry sustainability programmes and global reporting standards/indices (GRI and Dow Jones Sustainability Index etc).
You have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
You are excellent in written and spoken English. Chinese is not a must but an asset.
You are performance-oriented, conscientious and enjoy working in the cross-cultural environment.
You have good organisational and communications skills.
