Safety and Health Recognition Programme 2020

In 2020, worldsteel has recognised seven safety and health programmes for their excellent contribution to the safety and health of steel industry employees and contractors:

The companies which were recognised are:

• Emirates Steel
• Gerdau
• Outokumpu
• POSCO
• Qatar Steel Company
• Tata Steel Limited
• Tenaris

The seven companies were rewarded in four categories: Safety Culture and Leadership, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Process Safety.
